Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is widely misunderstood! ADHD does not describe the person, it describes the brain and nervous system they have.

My mission is to change the public perception of what it means to have ADHD and others to be proud their unique brain wiring and embrace different!

I bring my combined lived experience, background in pharmacy and ADHD Coach training to my private practice where I work with children, adolescents and adults who have ADHD.

Together, we will explore ADHD and do whatever it takes to optimize health, improve quality of life and achieve personal goals and outcomes.

“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”

Paulo Coehlo

Neurodivergent

I live on the East Coast of Canada with my husband and four children. Two of my four children have ADHD; I was diagnosed at age 43. I enjoy knitting, photography, art, swimming and my favourite season is winter.

I challenge the cultural definition of success, where busyness, productivity and status are markers of success. So often, we, in particular neuro-atypicals, try to fit in to a role, institution or environment that just doesn’t work for us, or our brain. We learn and do think and do things differently; different does not mean defective or damaged. It is essential to find and environment that suits or needs, and in that we thrive.
